If you happen to be walking through someone’s garden at night and a stone lights up, don’t be scared, it’s not aliens. Or… it might be aliens, but it’s far more likely it’s only the Glowstone.
It’s a sneaky stone (piece of waterproof resin, to be exact). By day, it looks perfectly normal. By night, the inner mechanism is triggered by movement and lights up. It can stay on for 5 to 30 seconds (the duration is set by the user), protecting people from accidents and looking very impressive in the process.
Although it doesn’t provide day time decoration too, this is a bonus for people who prefer a natural look for their front yard and don’t want to spoil it by adding regular lanterns.
