Mister Tenderizer

Although much of the kitchen is a mystery to me, I like tenderizing meat. Hitting a piece of meat with a hammer is fun! (Really, it is… no, I don’t have any repressed murderous tendencies…)
However, marinating is beyond me. If you’re a noob cook (or just like thing to be as easy as possible), Mister Tenderizer could be your new best friend. It looks extremely easy to use: clamp it to your kitchen counter, place meat between the two spiked roller and turn the hand crank. My first worry was “but can I use it with any slice of meat?” - well, it looks like as long as your next meal is under an inch thick (which is a lot!), you’re ok.
While it probably wouldn’t be very much use for someone who cooks once a week, I’m sure that if you have people over for lunch on a regular basis you will be more than pleased with something to make your (kitchen) life easier.
How much under $29.99?
Some: $14.95 on Solutions.com.
