I won’t go into environmental discussions, they’re a can of worms and they seldom end in the two people agreeing. You won’t save the planet by buying more stuff, but if you’re going to buy it anyway, you might as well make a statement. And I can’t see why you can’t also look good in the process.

The intentional abuse of ones position of political power for the purpose of personal profit and to further the interests of petroleum corporations at the expense of the environment and national security.
