I’ve said it and I’ll say it before: soppy and “cute” Valentine’s presents are boring. If you really want to celebrate, at least be original (unless your partner like soppy stuff, in which case who am I to interfere?).
Anyway, if your girl likes more daring and sexy stuff, the Single Shot Sexy Garter might be the gift for her. It’s a black or red lace garter (very sexy if you ask me) which can hold a 1 oz flask she can fill with her drink of choice. I don’t think this kind of behavior would be very appreciated, but I can pictured a very bored lady at a fancy party who just lifts up her long silk gown and takes out a flask… “Champagne is for light-weights, give me some whiskey.” (Just don’t do it at your friend’s wedding.
