Cocktails are sexy, fashionable and they make you not only look good, but feel good too. I’ve recently discovered the Lynchburg Lemonade and I must say it climbed to the top of my list, right on top of the Tequila Sunrise. I don’t know how to make either of them yet, but with this Jigger Cube I just might learn how to.

This fancy little aluminum cast thingy has 6 sides and each one measures a different amount of liquid, so you can get those quantities just right. In fact, it’s so fancy that it was the Winner of the 2007 Good Design Award by Chicago Museum of Architecture and Design. And it comes with a booklet with 20 popular cocktail recipes, so even beginners like me can work their way around the bar.

Drinking the beer from the bottle might be fine for a night out with the boys, but don’t do it at the family reunion. And, if you’re a girl, you must know drinking from the bottle is so un-ladylike!

There are several unwritten rules about beer drinking, and apparently using a glass makes the difference between acceptable behavior and not. What would you think if someone told you he could drink out of the bottle and from a glass at the same time? Crazy? No way. Just Beer Bottle Goblets. They’re Grolsch, Sol, or Corona bottles whose buttoms were cut off and rebonded with the upper part to create the foot. Ingenious and very good for making a point. Also eco-friendly, as the bottles are recycled.
