Uzi Tactical Pen

If you’ve always dreamt of having a pen like James Bond or Chuck has, well, this might just be your lucky day. I’ve stumbled across the Uzi Tactical Pen. Uzi as in the open bolt, blowback-operated submachine guns. We’re off to a good start, eh?

Next, we have a list of features that proves that you need this pen more than you’ve ever thought of. It has a DNA Catcher, located on the crown of the pen, which is very sharp, that can be used to both hit your attacker and get a DNA sample to give to the police in case of such a unfortunate event should occur. The crown can also be used to break glass and it can write in any given conditions: upside down or even underwater. It comes with a 1 year warranty and it’s made out a type of aluminum used for aircrafts. Yup, it’s that cool.

Mickey Mouse Head Static Discharger

It has happened to me to get shocked one in a while because of static electricity and the feeling is very annoying. I know that more people than we realize are prone to this, which must be quite a bit of a headache, but I had absolutely no idea that there actually is a gadget that addresses this particular issue.

It’s called the Mickey Mouse Head Static Discharger and what it does is discharge static electricity just by touching it. Plus, it’s kind of cute in a weird, metal way. Talk about a non shocking life.

USB Itching Removal Instrument

Summer and mosquitoes go hand in hand. Just last night I chased (and killed) some around, because they are deeply annoying and some just don’t die in spite of the fact that I plug in every night a dose of anti mosquito liquid. And I hate the marks they leave after they bite, so this USB Itching Removal Instrument, in spite of the fact that is has a strange name, it actually a good idea.
Imagine not feeling all itchy after some bug bites you and getting rid of that annoying sensation just in a few minutes. Quite relaxing, huh?

Digital Talking Watch

It’s one of those Mondays when I feel, like Barney Stinson would say, awesome! In consequence, today we’re going to see some gadgets and gizmos that can make your day awesome too. :)

Take this Digital Talking Watch for example. Most of us have been fascinated bu the superhero gadgets in cartoons and movies, but to actually have one that costs less than $10, well, I’d say that’s quite a good deal. You can set the alarm and you’ll be woken up by a pleasant voice or you can have the time announced out loud every hour. I think this would do very well in meetings. :)) So there you have it, the world’s cheapest talking watch.

Lightsaber Chopsticks

Some of you will probably hate me for this, but I have to honest and say that Star Wars never got to me. Although I’m an outsider to the phenomenon, I appreciate the entire culture around it and I completely understand the fans’ passion for the movie (I’m a movie addict too). So I have a little something for you that might make you very happy: Lightsaber Chopsticks.

With my wild imagination and all, I still have trouble picturing Darth Vader eating Chinese, but somehow these chopsticks help me out a bit. I’d like a pair too, because green is my favorite color and it would match my dining set. So, would you eat some spicy pork with a pinch of the Force?

Flipper Guitar Spatula

Many of us sing in the shower and I think many more at least hum a tune while cooking, heating something or just while pouring the milk into the cereal bowl. So if you want to take your rock star attitude with you in the kitchen, I’ve stumbled upon something that will make you very happy: the Flipper Guitar Spatula!

You have no excuse not to make the time you spend cooking fun. Plus, it kinda makes you feel like a kid again, like the time when you used to play air guitar (and maybe you still do) and jump on the bed, pretending you were on stage. And if you like drums, there are always the pots and pans. :)

The Digidude

DigiDudes
Every decent photographer needs his monster, right? I mean his tripod. Would you trust this pink dude to hold your camera? He seems to take his job pretty seriously, if you ask me. And he has four funky friends just like him, for you too choose from or collect. They’re called the DigiDudes and I adore their deceitful personality. They look like monster keychains, act like monster keychains, but they hide a tiny screw inside their stomach that makes them portable, easy to use tripods.

When in need, simply screw off your dude’s head and pull out his retractable legs for the perfect on-the-go camera mount. It can hold most point and shoot cameras, flipcams, and more.

The interesting part is that they are on pre-sale (and only 112 of them left). So, if you really want to make that photographer friend of yours feel special, get one for him now. Those photographers are pretty snobs, you know.

Magnetic LED Light

Magnetic LED Light

As far as tools go, the Magnetic LED Light has an unimpressive name, but striking design and functionality.

It looks a bit like a massage ball at first, but it’s not: one “spike” is the light and the others are actually magnets. What this translates to is an ability to attach the gizmo on any metallic surface in a variery of ways to get the LED aimed at the perfect angle. Because of its size (smaller than a golf ball) it can fit into tight places, where perhaps a regular flashlight (plus the hand holding it) wouldn’t fit.

The magnets limit its usage, but not by a lot: it can stick to cars, fridges, home cinemas, etc, but can also serve as a regular light if it’s just put on the ground beneath a bed or cabinet.

Pocket Microscope & Telescope Kit

Pocket Microscope & Telescope KitA little boy scout needs tools to explore the world around him, but it’s no use investing a lot of money in “equipment” until he finds his true passion. Before that, a few beginner tools will do just fine, and the Pocket Microscope & Telescope Kit fulfils two roles without breaking the bank.

First up, it’s a 30x microscope; second, it’s a 8 x 11 telescope, so it covers all 24 hours: stare at leaves and bugs during the day and turn the eyes to the stars at night.

The pocket clip is a nice touch, though it won’t get much use (kids tend to wear t-shirts, not shirts when they’re out staring at beetles). The quality probably isn’t spectacular, but a 10-year doesn’t need a professional microscope, so this is just fine.
