If the kitchen if not favorite place in the world (and for most of us, it’s not, especially during the hot summer days), cooking doesn’t seem like the most fun thing to do. But since it’s healthier and cheaper to cook your own food than to go out to eat, it’s always nice to add some new utensils to your kitchen cabinet.
A really cute item I stumbled across is the Birdie Veggie Peeler, which is a whimsical bird-shaped fruit and vegetable peeler. It has all your usual veggie peeler features, like a stainless-steel blade and a pointed potato-eye remover, but it’s so much cutter than your usual peeler and maybe even your kids will want to help out.
