Wii games rock, but don’t you ever feel silly moving that remote around like it’s an actual sports object? I’ve watched people do it and, honestly… it looks kind of stupid. Besides, the game would feel more “real” with better accessories.
Naturally, someone thought of a solution. Aimed at one particular game, the Wii Boxing Gloves are specially designed with pouches on the back for the controllers. Once the Wiimote and Nunchuck are safely fixed into place and the gloves adjusted with the velcro straps, wannabe boxers can enjoy a more realistic game.
Be careful, however: if the game you want to play involves pushing buttons, don’t get these; since the controllers are on the back of the glove, you won’t be able to touch them.

If you joined the ranks of Wii-owners you might have noticed that playing racing games with the console is quite uncomfortable.
The Wii Racing Wheel aims to fix that. This steering wheel extension is basically a frame for the Wii remote which makes it feel more like driving a real car. In case you feel it is too difficult to play while holding it in the air, the pack also includes a desktop base that can be attached to a table, floor, desk or other object with suction cups.
I have to admit I’ve never played with a Wii, so I’m not the best person to give advice about it, but the idea of using a rectangular box as a wheel does seem a bit weird, so the designers of the Racing Wheel have something going for them.

I usually like game-themed t-shirts; it’s stuff I would wear and I would like to see other people wearing. But sometimes… something doesn’t work.
The Wiitard Strength t-shirt just isn’t funny to me. “Back off, I have Wiitard strength” should be ironic, but it’s just stupid and “Wiitard” really sounds retarded.
Oh well. Maybe if you’re a Wii owner you’ll appreciate it better.

If you’ve got a Wii-loving friend and you had no idea what to give them for their birthday, look no more! The Nintendo Wii Controller Peppermint Gum is here. (Or, all right, you can look for a real present, but this will make a lovely addition to anything.)
It’s normal gum, but it comes in a case that looks exactly like a Wii controller, only a bit thinner. We can admit it: no one is going to buy this for the gum; you’re paying for the box. But it’s so cool it’s worth it. After you’re done chewing, you can use it to store memory cards or pencils or whatever else fits. Then laugh at whoever thinks it’s real and tries to use it.
One of the coolest things I’ve seen in a while, really. And I don’t even have a Wii!
