It must be difficult to like retro things and live in the internet age. But (if you don’t mind a little kitsch), here’s one option for combining the old and the new.

However, this seems to me one of those novelty gifts some poor unfortunate birthday boys and girls will have to deal with. I hope my friends have better ideas.
