Unless you’ve been living under a (virtual) rock you know what Wikipedia is - and the fact that it’s not always reliable. One example which comes to mind is a writer who found mistakes in his page, edited it, but had the corrections removed by an user who felt he knew better. However, I keep going back to the website for the simple reason that information is presented in a condensed form and it’s perfect if you want to get a rough idea about a topic.

So I love the irony in this Wikipedia t-shirt. It makes a nice retort for Wikipedia fanboys (and girls) who won’t admit that if something is on the internet, it doesn’t mean it’s necessarily true. My only gripe with the t-shirt is that it’s got the wrong brackets: they should be square brackets to really reflect Wikipedia, not parentheses.
